ExtremeLine sets course for the future - management change on November 1
Halfing, November 1, 2025 – ExtremeLine and S.E. System Electronic GmbH are facing an exciting milestone: after many successful years, long-serving Managing Director Reinhold Kalteis is taking his well-deserved retirement. In his place, his two sons, Christian and Robert Kalteis, will take over the management as dual leadership – a significant step for the Bavarian family business, which has always relied on entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.
The brothers have been actively involved in the company for years – as shareholders and in the management of the sales and development departments. With their energetic and creative approach, they make targeted investments in the future of ExtremeLine / S.E. System Electronic and drive forward its strategic development. With their fresh perspective and their dedicated work, they ensure the continuous development of the family business, which is already firmly anchored in the industry.

In addition, the family business remains in proven hands: Siblings Claudia Murner, Cornelia Murner and Roland Kalteis are still actively involved as shareholders and department heads. They are particularly involved in the areas of digitalization, work planning and finance. In this way, they ensure that the further development of our company is based on firm and trusted pillars in the long term.

The team around the ExtremeLine umbrella brand consists of a number of motivated employees who give their best with passion every day.
There are also personnel changes here for the new projects in the pipeline and the product development department is growing by two new employees.

ExtremeLine now develops and produces modern LED lights, infrared radiant heaters, electric sliding roof windows and the AquaTube downpipe system on an area of around 3,000 m². As a reminder, the aluminum downpipe system was taken over from the company NIKOLEIT WintergartenParadies and is now part of ExtremeLine’s product portfolio.
With the new management, the next new products are already in the pipeline and innovations are being worked on intensively. So you can look forward to more exciting news from ExtremeLine in the near future!

What is changing at S.E System Electronic GmbH and the ExtremeLine service
Our range of services in the service sector has also expanded! ExtremeLine services include electronics and product development, design and electronics production, simulation, 3D printing, CNC turning and CNC milling (5-axis), water jet cutting, in-house injection molding toolmaking and device assembly. We have also recently started offering robot-assisted laser welding and CNC grinding. The laser welder is also used in the production of the AirSlide and AquaTube, further increasing the quality standard. This also increases the service life of the product.
This means that S.E. System Electronic is now one of the few full-range suppliers of mechanical/electronic products in the industry and is constantly being expanded – always with the aim of combining innovation and quality.
