Herbert Nikoleit from Falkensee near Berlin has been a trained toolmaker for over 25 years and runs the company NIKOLEIT WintergartenParadies. With high quality standards and innovative developments, he has played a key role in shaping the industry; his extensive range of machinery enables him to implement creative ideas.
The aluminum downpipe and drainage system is durable, powder-coated in various colors and suitable for various roof systems – suitable for aluminum patio roofs, carports, wooden roofs and garden sheds.
For more than ten years, he has relied on ExtremeLine products following successful quality tests. The idea: the ORIGINAL downpipe system from Falkensee is to be outsourced to Chiemsee. The advantage is a new fully automatic laser welding cell with robot, which replaces the previously hand-welded system. In addition, CNC turning and milling centers as well as automatic grinding machines will ensure efficient in-house production. In future, the gutter systems will be manufactured, stored and distributed at the ExtremeLine production facility in Halfing.

Inspiration & mounting options
The AquaTube downpipe system can be seamlessly integrated into many different roofs. A special aspect is that our system can be easily powder-coated in any color.
In addition, the diverse product range allows for many combinations of downpipes. To ensure the highest possible water flow rate, bends of 67° should be used at the top of the water outlet. Furthermore, the drainage volume should always be designed for a heavy rainfall event.
The drainage system without gutter inset
Perfect water drainage – The illustration shows the drainage connection on the gutter, which allows rainwater to drain away completely without any obstructions and without tapering in diameter. This means that the rain does not leave any standing water in your gutter and dirt can drain away unhindered.
We weld the pipe sections directly at our production facility in Halfing using a laser welding robot from the manufacturers KBM and DOBOT.
