Many people in the conservatory industry know Herbert Nikoleit from Falkensee near Berlin. As a trained toolmaker, he has been working in conservatory construction for over 25 years and runs the company NIKOLEIT WintergartenParadies. With his high quality standards and innovative developments, he has played a key role in shaping the industry. His extensive range of machinery enables him to successfully implement his creative ideas.
The robust, high-quality aluminium downpipe and drainage system is durable, can be powder-coated in various colors and adapts perfectly to different roof systems. It is suitable for aluminum patio roofs, carports as well as wooden roofs and garden sheds.
Following successful quality tests, Herbert has also been using ExtremeLine products for more than ten years. Some time ago, the idea was born to outsource the ORIGINAL downpipe system, which Herbert produces together with his team in Falkensee, to Lake Chiemsee. A decisive advantage is our new fully automated laser welding cell with robot, which will replace the previously hand-welded downpipe system in future. Our turning and milling centers as well as automatic grinding machines also enable efficient and high-quality parts production directly in-house. As a result, the gutter systems will in future be manufactured, stored and distributed at the ExtremeLine production facility in Halfing.

Inspiration & mounting options
The downpipe system can be seamlessly integrated into roofs. A special aspect is that our downpipe system can be powder-coated without any problems.
Thanks to the diverse product range, many combinations of downpipes are possible. To ensure the highest possible water flow rate, bends of 67° should be used at the top of the water outlet. Furthermore, the drainage volume should always be designed for a heavy rainfall event.
Our drain and downpipe system offers flexible configuration options that can be individually adapted to the structural conditions. Regardless of whether your roof has an overhang or not – our system can be easily adapted to both variants. In this way, we ensure that you always receive the optimum solution for your project.

Perfect water drainage
The illustration shows the drain connection on the gutter, which allows the rainwater to drain away completely without any obstructions and without tapering in diameter. This means that the rain does not leave any standing water in your gutter and dirt can drain away unhindered.
We weld the pipe sections directly at our production facility in Halfing using a laser welding robot from the manufacturers KBM and DOBOT. MADE IN GERMANY

55 mm & 70 mm system
Our versatile downpipe bracket offers flexible application options – regardless of whether you need a drain on a round pipe, a post corner or on a straight surface. We have all the components you need for an optimal and functional design of your water drain.
Spacer and mounting bracket
The distance between the downpipe bracket and the post is simply made possible by a rectangular tube. Corresponding adapter pieces are available for the downpipe holders. The spacers are cut to a length of 25 cm and can be shortened on site.
Drilling and mounting device
Our universal drilling and mounting device is designed for flat and round gutters. In addition, even the gutter brackets on the posts can be drilled up to a cross-section of 100 mm.
